Preparing for Your Delivery

A little preparation goes a long way in making sure your delivery goes smoothly.

Before your delivery, please make sure:

• Driveway and delivery area are clear of vehicles and obstacles
• Your preferred dump location is clearly marked
• There is enough space for a large delivery truck to enter and exit
• No low wires, branches, or overhead obstructions are present
• Ground conditions are stable for a loaded truck

Taking a few minutes to prepare your site helps ensure materials can be placed as close as possible to where you want them.

What to Expect on Delivery Day

On delivery day, our driver will arrive within your selected delivery window and assess the safest way to complete the delivery.

Most deliveries involve backing the truck into position and unloading materials in a single pile.

You do not need to be present, but it’s important that:

• The dump location is clearly marked 
• The site is accessible for the full delivery window
• Your contact phone number is accurate and reachable

If needed, we may contact you during delivery.

Where Will My Material Be Placed?

You can request a preferred dump location when placing your order.

Our drivers will always do their best to place materials where requested — however, final placement is determined based on safety and site conditions.

Because every property is different, materials may not always be placed exactly where requested.

Can the Truck Access My Property?

Our trucks are large commercial vehicles that require adequate space to safely enter, maneuver, and exit.

If access is limited, the driver may:

• Place the material in the closest safe location
• Adjust the dump location
• Return to the yard if delivery cannot be completed

Access issues include:

• Narrow or blocked driveways
• Low wires or branches
• Soft or unstable ground
• Limited turning space

If you’re unsure about access, feel free to reach out before your delivery.

Multiple Materials & Split Loads

If your order includes multiple materials, they may be delivered:

• In separate loads, or
• As a split load (when possible)

Split loads require enough space for safe unloading and may not be possible at every location.

If you have specific placement requests, we recommend marking each location ahead of time.

Delivery Timing

Deliveries are scheduled within a delivery window rather than a specific time.

This allows us to plan efficient routes and adjust for:

• Weather
• Traffic
• Delivery volume

If you’d like an update on the day of your delivery, feel free to email us in the morning— we’re happy to help when possible.

Weather & Delays

Safety is our priority. In certain conditions, deliveries may be delayed or rescheduled due to:

• Heavy rain or storms
• Snow or icy conditions
• Unsafe ground conditions

If weather impacts your delivery, we will keep you informed.

Returns & Product Concerns

Because we sell bulk landscape materials, we are generally unable to accept returns once materials have been delivered or unloaded.

If you have a concern with your order:

Helpful Tips Before Ordering

To avoid issues:

• Double-check product selection and quantity
• Review product descriptions
• Include questions, comments, or concerns about the delivery in the order comments section when placing
• Once you get an approval email, you can include any additional comments by replying to that email
