Dump Area Requirements
Ideally we look for a minimum of two car length long(approximately 35′), by 14′ wide and no overhead obstructions within in 20′ of the ground in the dump area. This allows the truck to back up to the dump area, put dump body up and pull forward to get entire delivery out. If you do not meet these requirements you need to let us know the measurements you do have at time of placing the order so we can make sure we have enough space and make note that a smaller truck is needed. Qty, material type and location can affect what trucks are available to make deliveriesDelayed or Unable to Deliveries
Any order that shows up at the delivery address and can’t be delivered for any reason will be charged an $80 non-delivery fee, plus any out of zone fees. If the dump location is an issue for any reason and we can not get in contact with the contact person on the order, our driver will use their discretion and dump in another location or return to our yard with the delivery. In addition, deliveries are subject to prorated fee of $150 per hour for the time the driver gets to the delivery and is delayed before leaving.Cancelled Orders
Any order paid in advance or can’t be delivered for any reason is subject to a 6% administrative fee of the amount ordered and fee will be deducted from the amount refunded. All refunds are made by check and will be mailed out once approved and processed.
We do not like to leave the driveway to dump unless it is required. Please choose another option if possible. If not, finish filling out the form and submit your order and we will contact you via email to get more information and finalize the order
Some deliveries require our trucks to pull forward to get all the material out of the truck. This will cause some of the product to be dumped on the driveway. We will do our best to limit the amount of product on the driveway
